Maryland State Builders Association (MSBA) chartered in 1964, is a statewide affiliation of local builder associations whose members include builders, remodelers, developers, and related businesses.  We are dedicated to promoting and influencing state legislation and regulations that will; 1) provide a suitable environment to ensure the vitality of the building industry, and 2) result in a benefit for its members as well as the citizens of the State of Maryland. 

The Maryland State Builders Association is committed to: 

• Interacting with the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of state government, as well as the regulatory agencies serving the State of Maryland.

• Serving as the unified voice of the Maryland building industry and for garage door repair in Winston-Salem , North Carolina

• Coordinating local association government affairs, staff and member resources to advocate for the interests of the industry.
